He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harmon and Phyllis Harmon; his son Thomas J. Harmon, III; and his siblings, Bonnie, Lorraine and Steven Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Harmon; his daughter Susan Young (Chris); his grandchildren, Thomas Harmon IV (Victoria), Madison Young and Noah Young; his great grandchild Ivy Louise Harmon; and his siblings, Phyllis Harmon (Sissy), Michelle and Mark Ancona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory (7192 Main St, Gloucester, VA 23061). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
