He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hoare and Barbara Hoare; and his wife Jane O'Hara. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Cress, Jennifer O'Hara, Julie Little and Brian Little; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan, Cobi, Emma, Gabby and Bella; his great grandchild Leilani; and his siblings, Mary Stern, Joseph Hoare, David Hoare, Dennis Hoare and Kevin O'Hara.

A reception will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hogg Funeral Home (3098 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Hayes, VA 23072).
