He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Simmons; his sisters, Amber Duke (Alan) and Kendall Simmons; his siblings' children, Rylie, Layla, Shelby, Kayleigh, Chris and Rylan; his grandmother Barbara Toney; his aunt Suzanne Manning (Ken); and his cousins, April and Angel.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Beech Grove Baptist Church (4073 Cedar Bush Rd, Hayes, VA 23072). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
