He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Ricky (Tracy), Danny and Christina; his grandchildren, Savannah (Justin) and Gavin; his great grandchildren, Everleigh and Mason; and his brother Doug Cook. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
