She was predeceased by : her parents, Golden Lee and Lucy Lee; and her sons, William and John Earl Lee. She is survived by : her children, Wallace Lee (Patricia), Patricia Lee, Katie Johnson, Melissa Johnson, Edward Johnson and Irene Thompson (Golden); and her close friend Nikie Parker. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Clevers Oak Baptist Church (13852 Sillamon Rd, Goldvein, VA 22720). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
