He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gandy and Catherine Gandy. He is survived by: his wife Cindi Gandy; his daughters, Jennifer Gandy-Franklin (Matthew) and Kristin Gandy-Jolley (Justin); and his grandsons, Eastham Franklin and Hudson Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to the Goochland County Animal Shelter through Goochland Pet Lovers or to Goochland Cares.
