He was predeceased by: his wife Evalee Sullivan; his parents, Doyle B Sullivan and Helen Sullivan; and his brothers, Mike, Harry and Will Sullivan.
He is survived by: his son George Jr. (Debbie); his grandson Colton Sullivan (Madalyn); his great grandchild Wilder Sullivan; his niece Trudy DeMao (Mike); his great-nephew Michael DeMao; his brothers, Frank Sullivan, Leroy Sullivan and John Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Jones.
