He is survived by: his daughter Angel Cutlip of Petersburg, VA; his stepdaughter Marie Wilson (Mike Hammer) of Franklin, WV; and his sons, Ira Otis Cutlip, Jr. (Stacy) of Cleveland, OH and Henry Edwin Cutlip of Goochland, VA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
