In the vast expanse of eternity, Martha shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Martha farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Stuart Parrish, Sr.; her husband Peter Gray; and her son-in-law Kevin Barton. She is survived by: her children, Stuart Parrish, Jr. (Cheryl), Faye Barton, Chris Strack (Bobby) and Linda Hockaday (Russell); and her sister Shirley Callahan. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home (11020 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hadensville Fire and Rescue Department.
