He is survived by: his wife Shirley Otey; his daughters, Gina Otey, Lorita Gail Terry (Bobby) and Gloria Turner; his niece Keisha Otey Clay (David); his nephew Frederick "Freddy" Otey (Mary); his grandchildren, Jasmine Hubbard, Carey West, Lauren West, Courtney Turner and Chad Turner; and his great grandchildren, Jaylen, Alandre, Kamiyah and Kaliyah. He is also survived by family members and friends.
