He is survived by: his significant other Jackie Broughman; his son Ian Rohme; his mother-in-law Ruth Rohme of Goode, VA; his sister-in-law Jennifer Johnson; and his siblings, Lisa Sanford of Florida and John Smith of Buena Vista, VA..
