Underwood; his stepchildren, Tyler Underwood and Heather; his stepgrandchildren, Kandace Hicks, Kiersten Hicks and Colt Underwood; his siblings, Ben Higgs, Beverly Reed and Carolyn McDaniels; and his close friend Jim McDaniels. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
