She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thomas and Golda Vaughan Honaker. She is survived by: her husband Larry Patton; her daughters, Elizabeth "Beth" Andrews (John) and Sandra "Sandy" Stegner; her grandchildren, Emily Stegner Foley (Nick), Alexis "Lexi" Andrews, Victoria "Tori" Andrews and Andrew "Drew" Stegner (Hailey Johnson); her great grandchild Dahlia Stegner; and her siblings, John Honaker (Linda), James Honaker, Annabelle Horton and Vicky Olinger (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, a host of extended family and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in honor of Theresa.
