He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Curtis Eugene "Gene" and Mary Cook Felty; his wife Marsha Smeltzer Felty; his sons, Logan Eugene Felty of Middletown, VA and Adam Timothy Felty (Jeanie) of Martinsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Tucker, Malachi, Micah, Finley and Callum Felty.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory (2807 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, WV 26711). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
