He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stevens; his children, Angela Clark, Tracey Talley (Chris), Stanley Smith III (Bubba), Allen Stevens and Travis Stevens; his mother Sylvia Hartson Stevens; his sister Julie Sprouse; his grandchildren, Jessica Clark, Brett Talley, Deryck Smith, Cody Clark, Wyatt Clark and Keira McClements (Jon); and his great grandchildren, Harper Godfrey, Alexis Clark, Kinsley Godfrey, Beau Talley, Weston Clark, Colby Clark, Brooklyn Talley and Kodie Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
