He is survived by : his wife Shashi Shourie; his daughter Kavita Shourie; his sisters, Sudershan Bhaskar, Tripta Warfield, Antara Shourie Vissanji and Amartya Shourie Vissanji; and his family, Chands Sachdevas and Gupta Sandus.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the National Funeral Home (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
