She was predeceased by: her parents, Raynard McKay and Audrey McKay; and her siblings, Jerolene Jennings (Willie), Curtis McKay (Nancy) and Charles McKay (Patsy).
She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Barton; her brother Bernard McKay (Ann); her children, Raynard E. McGuinn-Jones (Zachary), Glenda Darrell (Jay) and Michael Barton (Crystal); her granddaughters, Autumn Dickerson (Matt), Raegan and Kamryn Barton; and her great grandchildren, Hayley, Lauren and Dawson Dickerson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews she loved.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Meherrin Fire & Rescue or Douglas Presbyterian Church.
