She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Clark and Agnes Etta Clark; her husband Clyde Walker Smiley, Sr.; her son Clyde Walker Smiley, Jr.; and her son-in-law Murphy Cash.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Smiley Cash (Benny) of Greenville and Wanda Kay Burns (David) of Greenville; her grandson Ryan Cash; and her sisters, Helen M. Clark Norcross and Shirley Clark Berry.
