She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank O'Neill and Hattie Beamer O'Neill; her husband Wilbur Allen Collins; her son William Charles Collins; her siblings, Hattie Brisker, Ginny Smith, John William O'Neill, Anna Cole, Louise Sparks, Willa Gray Kanode and Mary Marshall O'Neill; her nephew Billy Paschall; and her daughter-in-law Cheri Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Collins (Nanette), Wesley Collins (Tina), Sidney Collins (Shelly) and Candace Lucas (Curtis); her grandchildren, Jason Collins (Heather), Christopher Collins (Bobbi), Sharon Soika (Richard), Elizabeth Paxson (Clint), Jared Collins, Kaitlynn Toczik (Kevin), Dennis Collins (Olivia), Justin Lucas and Cory Collins; her great grandchildren, Liam, Evan, Sydney, Casey, Clayton, Christopher Robert, Richard John, Reid, Ardynn, Lukah, Ezrah, Peyton, Gannon, Hudson, Taylor, Colton, Ivy Rose, Koda, Hannah and Jazzlyn; and her siblings, Oren O'Neill and Dorothy Cole.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Union Church of God (PO Box 516, Union, WV 24983).
