He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Jackson Brooks. He is survived by: his mother Mary Howard (Becky); his wife Aimee; his children, Makaylah and Dedrick Jr. (Sonnybuck); his siblings, Ashley Bryant (Christopher), LeAndra Cubbage, Krystal Brooks Houston, Kristie Brooks Paige (Moses), Robert Sims and Steve Sims (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Bowie and Dexter; Kaycee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, a great-nephew, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
