He is survived by: his parents, Steve Raynor and Chloe Raynor of Charlottesville; his brother Austin Raynor (Adrienne); his nieces and nephews, Rex, Sadie, Wyatt and Ava; his siblings, Sean Raynor (Anastasia) and Natalie John (Matthias); his nieces, Mae and Edie; and his grandmothers, Eleanor Elliott and Shirley Raynor. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
