He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holmes Fowle, Sr. and Louise Harris Fowle; and his siblings, Sam Fowle and Mary White. He is survived by: his wife Swan Taylor Fowle; his daughter Jennifer Hawkins of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Carter Bailey Ernest and Mattie Leigh Hawkins; and his mother-in-law Delores Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
