He is survived by: his wife Brenda Adkins Marshall; his sons, Edward Neal Marshall, Jr. (Sheila) of Gretna and Jon A. Marshall (Ashley) of Danville; and his grandchildren, Justin, Chris, Zackery, Jacob and Kasey Marshall.
