He is survived by : his wife Brenda Adkins Marshall; his sons, Edward Neal Marshall, Jr. (Sheila) of Gretna and Jon A. Marshall (Ashley) of Danville; and his grandchildren, Justin, Chris, Zackery, Jacob and Kasey Marshall.

Ed asked that memorial contributions be made to St, Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
