He is survived by: his father Haywood "Tick" Barbour, Jr. of Hurt; his wife Julia Howell Barbour; his sons, Nicholas Barbour, Kenneth Barbour, Gregory Barbour and James Abbott; and his stepchildren, Brittney Barbour, Julie Barbour, Pamela Barbour, Cova Barbour and Heather Abbott.
