Jackson of Newport News and Raymond "Joey" Jarbeau, Jr. (Penny) of Charles Town, WV; her brother Lowell Rowland (Melba) of Danville; her sister-in-law Sheila Rowland of Gretna; her grandchildren, Victoria Lynn Jackson, Rachel Christine Jackson and Timothy Joseph Jackson; and her great grandchild Sophia Jackson.
