He is survived by: his wife Ida Marie Farmer Osborne; his children, Dale Osborne of Gretna and Shelby Osborne (Jesus Rojas) of Gretna; his siblings, L. T. Osborne (Sandra) of Chatham, Jerry Osborne of Chatham, Danny Osborne (Martha) of Keeling and Shirley Moser of Gretna; and his grandchildren, Randy Wheeler, Danny Wheeler and Angie Tyree. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colbert-Moran Funeral Home (307 Main St, Gretna, VA 24557). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colbert-Moran Chapel (307 Main St, Gretna, VA 24557).
