Cook (Shonda) of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Allyson, Amy, Ashley, Briar, Paris, Reggie, Derek, AJ, RJ, Kristie and Shardae; his brother Thomas J. Cook of East Orange; his nephew Thomas L. Cook (Debra) of Rustburg, Virginia; his siblings-in-law, Dallas J. Lovelace (Doris) of Gretna, Virginia, Lena Chambers of Gretna, Juanita Lovelace of Gretna, Barbara Lovelace of Hurt, Julia Lovelace of Altavista and Clarissa Lovelace of Washington, DC; and his cousins, Willie, Joann and Jaskie Jennings. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
