She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tyler Midkiff, Sr. and Martha Head Midkiff; her former husband William Wilson, Sr.; her husband Kenneth Wayne Midkiff; her granddaughter Malerie Anne Quarles; and her brothers, Frank Midkiff, Jr. and Dr. James.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Wilson, Jr. (Michael Moss) of Danville, Jon Wilson (Debbie) of Hurt, Jamie Wilson of Gretna, Daniel Midkiff of Gretna, Robin Taylor (Earl) of Hurt and Melanie Anne Quarles (Wade) of Gretna; her son-in-law James "Slugger" Quarles; and her grandchildren, Joshua Taylor (Apple), Jake Taylor (Starla), Nichole Brumfield (Brandon), Jeremy Quarles, Sabrina Quarles (Brandon Adams) and Miranda Hagerman (Michael). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and numerous special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Pittsylvania County Pet Center.
