She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Edgar Cook and Earla Belle Tuck Cook; her husband Rev. Gene R. Ashworth; and her siblings, Raymond Cook, Eunice Irby and Lucille Hudson.
She is survived by : her son Don Ashworth (Annette) of Gretna; her siblings, Roger Cook (June) of Wirtz and Jean Neville of Gretna; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Ashworth and Brionna Ashworth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
