He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther Turner and Rebecca Pickeral Turner; and his brother Mickey Vernon Turner. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jacobs Turner; and his siblings, Johnny Turner (Martha) of Wilmington, NC, Wanda Amos of Gretna and Carolyn Bayliss (Dickie) of Lebanon, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
