He is survived by: his children, Ellen Prato (Tom), Mark Mayhew (Ellen) and Alan Mayhew (Kim); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Judy (Patrick), Allison Prato Carney (Kyle), Phillip Mayhew (Hillary), Michael Mayhew (Julia), Amanda Sullivan (Tylor) and Cassidy Stephens (Ryan). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
