He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy Waller, Richard and Thelma Thompson. He is survived by: his parents, Donald "Duck" Lee Thompson and Jerri Elizabeth Sherwood Thompson of Gretna; his daughter Julie Thompson; his grandfather Harry Sherwood (Pam) of Gretna; his siblings, Daniel Boley (Xiomara) of Woodbridge and Elizabeth Yeatts (Ryan) of Gretna; his aunts and uncles, Chris Sherwood (Marlena) of Lynchburg, Ricky Sherwood (Kathy) of Georgia, Gail Viar (Ira) of Lynchburg and Peggy Cook of Gretna; his niece Sophia Boley; and his nephews, Colby Yeatts and Caleb Yeatts. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and many close friends.
