She was predeceased by: her parents, Trosel Josiah Diehl and Isa Pearl Diehl (Wright); her husband Phillip Randolph High; and her siblings, Raymond Diehl, Paul Diehl and Ollie Mae Diehl.
She is survived by: her son Joey Fitzwater; her siblings, Roland Diehl (Joyce), Bobby Diehl (Elaine), Earl Diehl, Ruth Shull and Charlotte Lotts; her grandchildren, Jennifer Marsh, James Fitzwater and Alexandra Fitzwater; and her great grandchildren, Makayla Marsh and Mikey Marsh.
