McCarthy (Mia Irvin) and Kamal L. McCarthy; her siblings, William Garland, II and Amanda McCarthy; her siblings' children, Tyquasha Weaver (Malakai), Grace McCarthy and Akil Jennings; her great-nephew Xavier Weaver; her aunts, Jennifer McCarthy, Elizabeth Ann Spencer (Skeet), Olivia Ross (Brian), Patricia Gray, Terrie Garland and Sylvia Jean Breckenridge (Frank); and her uncle Anthony Smith (Denise).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service - Grottoes (201 Dogwood Ave, Grottoes, VA 24441).
