She was predeceased by: her parents, Freelin Ramey and Della Ramey (Stiltner); her husband Raymond Waters; her son Raymond Waters Jr.; and her siblings, Eula, Stella, Margret, Nellie, Pat, Thomas, Ralph, Gary, Earl, Willie and Robert.
She is survived by: her close friend Brenda Hale. She is also survived by great grandchildren, 2-great great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Grundy Funeral Home (22208 Riverside Dr, Grundy, VA 24614). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at the Ramey Cemetery.
