He is survived by: his wife Cindy Carol Looney Stiltner of Grundy, VA; his daughter Tina Booher (Terry) of Vansant, VA; and his sisters, Margaret Justice of Grundy, VA, Mary Justus of Grundy, VA and Jessie Hurley (Bill) of Burkes Garden, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
