She is survived by: her children, Deanna Shawn Ramey Shortt (John P.) of Grundy, VA, Tonya Denise Ramey Ward of Summersville, SC, Kamryn Jean Ramey of Grundy, VA, Dwayne Edward Ramey (Teresa Jill) of Grundy, VA and Cameron Ellis Ramey of Grundy, VA; her brother Major Budley Lee Sykes of Lebanon, VA.; and her grandchildren, Brett Ryan Ramey, Cody Aaron Ramey, Chase Austin Ramey, Jordan Ramey, Emilee Brooke Shortt, Haley Ridley, Jansen Ward, Tanner Ramey and Jasmine Elswick. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
