Our family met Jake in 2020 after we purchased a home few blocks from him. We learned so much about the area from Jake. We enjoyed his company and he made our visits a lot of more enjoyable. It breaks our heart that you left so soon. We miss you so much dear friend. Rest easy until we meet again. Love The Collins”
