Joyce Foster Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Foster of Hacksneck, Virginia, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on November 10, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband George; and her brothers, Ed and Arthur. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Lisa), Karen (Craig Hart) and John (Beth); her sister Dorothy O'Dell (Illinois); her grandchildren, Sarah, Ben, Paige, Emily, Abby, Rebecca, Jacob and David; and her great grandchildren, Kellie and Skylar.
