It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Henry Shannon of Hadensville, Virginia, born in Holly, Michigan, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Shannon and Janice Shannon; his brothers, Larry, Steven and John; and his pet Lexi.

He is survived by: his sisters, Carla Shannon, Elsie Shannon, Mary Dye and Brenda Herndon; his niece Michelle Ballard; his significant other Sam Piazza; and his friends, Jody, Bob McClure, Dotty, Brad Barr, Gretchen, Jay Huffman, Patty and Roger Canterberry.
