She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Jimmy" Weagley and Hazel Weagley; her nephew Lawson; her grandson Scott Rushing; and her great-nephew Damian Jennings.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph T. Coltes; her sons, John Rushing (Susan), James Rushing (Jennifer) and Garland Rushing; and her sisters, Deborah Stidham (Troy) and Lisa Vanderberg (Bobby). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
