He was predeceased by: his father J. T. "Spike" Webb, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Oakes Webb; his children, Jennifer Ellington (Josh) of Midlothian, Amanda Webb of Virgilina and Zachary Webb of Danville; his grandchildren, Dustin and Jorja Ellington; and his brother Ronnie Webb (Cheryl) of Halifax.
