Brenda Osborne Carr Obituary

In loving memory of Brenda Osborne Carr of Halifax, Virginia, who departed this world on September 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Brenda leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Jason Charles Carr; her daughter-in-law Donna Barksdale Carr; and her parents, Thelma Eudy Osborne and Richard Charles Osborne. She is survived by: her children, James B. Carr Jr. (Jimmy) and Jane Carr Poates (Scott); her grandchildren, Stefanie Poates Bean, Jaci Poates Duffy, Amanda Walker Elliott and April Walker Chappell; and her brothers, Richard Osborne (Marsha) and Orin Osborne. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
