He was predeceased by: his father John O. Irby II. He is survived by: his mother Bettie Fulcher Irby; and his siblings, Deborah Morris (C. J.), Deanna Weatherford (Randy), Matt Irby (Wendy), Tim Irby (Cherie) and Mark Irby (Montie). He is also survived by 7 nieces, 3 nephews, 2 great nephews and 1 great niece.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Halifax Memorial Gardens (3211 Halifax Rd, South Boston, VA 24592).
