He is survived by: his children, Travis Toone of Halifax, VA, Rick Toone (Thelma) of South Boston, VA and Kim Toone of Northern, VA; his grandchildren, Tiffany McAllister Younger (Larry) of Northern, VA and Shannon Toone Hill (Mike) of Mount Vernon, NY; his great grandchild Maverick Younger; and his sisters, Donna Oliver (Altonio) of Chase City, VA and Maria Tatum (David) of Saxe, VA. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
