She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lynn Hall and Nannie Morris Hall; her grandson Jason Smith; her brother James Hall; and her sister-in-law Bennetta Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Becky" P. Smith of Halifax, Teresa Satterfield Lewis (Tom) of Halifax and James A. "Tony" Perkins (Joyce); her grandchildren, Casey Wade, Jessica Perkins (Curtis) and Taylor Lewis; her siblings, Melvin L. Hall (Sharon) of South Boston, Earl Hall (Ellen) of Halifax and Edith Henderson (Sammy) of Halifax; her sister-in-law Barbara Hall; and her siblings' children, Darwin Hall, Amy Hall, Scott Hall, Jamie Hall and Christopher Henderson.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel (1603 Wilborn Ave, South Boston, VA 24592).
