He is survived by: his wife Carole Kay Shreve Hollis; his children, William Keith Joyce (Carol) of Mechanicsville and Kanette Webster Hollis of South Boston; his grandchildren, Ellen Joyce Steel (Billy), Kevin Davis Joyce, Anna Ray Joyce, Austin Philip Vaughan and Parker Theodore Vaughan; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Violet; and his brother Kenneth Hollis (Nancy) of New Hampshire.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Halifax United Methodist Church (133 Mountain Rd, Halifax, VA 24558).
