She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Glen and Dorothy Virginia Jenkins (Ralls); her husband Clarence Edward Tinsman; her son Clarence Edward Tinsman, Jr.; and her granddaughter Tessa Nicole Woodyard.
She is survived by: her brother Glenn Jenkins (Gloria); her daughters, Gloria Rouden (Tom), Nancy Woodyard (Anthony) and Hilda Cooper; her grandchildren, Meghan Studds (Andrew), Danielle Cooper and Ashley Bean; and her great grandchildren, Everlee, AJ Studds, Saylor Bell and Iris Bean.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (140 S. Nursery Ave., Purcellville, VA 20132).
