She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Owens Sr. and Ella Wright (Gray); her husband Robert L Isleib; her grandson Chaz Johnathan; and her siblings, Edwin Owens Jr., Clayton Owens, Maryanne Baker, Winnie Diggs and Betty Jane Birr.
She is survived by: her son Robert L, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Carol of Berryville, VA; her brother Richard Owens (Pat) of Marshall, VA; and her grandchildren, Ian Stetson (Kelsi) of Bunker Hill, WV and Jessica Danielle (David Mills) of Colorado Springs, CO.
