He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bridger Mittelmaier; his daughter Ali Marie Mittelmaier; his sisters, Sally Dail (Charles) and Eva Mack (Joe); and his granddaughter Nataliee Marie Mittelmaier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
