He was predeceased by: his parent Phoebus of Mary's Star; and his sister Bobbie Flowers. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bridger Mittelmaier; his daughter Ali Marie Mittelmaier; his sisters, Sally Dail (Charles) and Eva Mack (Joe); and his granddaughter Nataliee Marie Mittelmaier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
